This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the agreement between CourtImmo and the Customer for the provision of services. It establishes the terms under which CourtImmo processes personal data on behalf of the Customer.

DPA Terms
1. Definitions
Terms used in this DPA have the meanings given to them in the GDPR.
2. Processing of Personal Data
CourtImmo will process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer.
3. Security Measures
CourtImmo implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security.
4. Sub-processing
CourtImmo may engage sub-processors with Customer's prior authorization.
5. International Transfers
Personal data transfers outside the EEA are subject to Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Assistance to Customer
CourtImmo assists the Customer in ensuring compliance with GDPR obligations.
7. Audit Rights
Customer may audit CourtImmo's compliance with this DPA.
8. Termination
Upon termination, CourtImmo will delete or return all personal data.
