Every plan includes monthly quotas. No overage is ever blocking: the service keeps running and extra units are billed at the end of the month.

No commitment required. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We offer month-to-month billing with no commitment, or annual billing with 2 months free.
An active dossier is a client file currently being processed. Once the loan is funded or the dossier is closed, it is archived and no longer counts toward your quota. You retain unlimited access to your archives.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Prices are displayed excluding taxes. VAT at the applicable rate (20%) is added at billing: the Solo plan at €79 excl. VAT/month comes to €94.80 incl. VAT/month, for example.
Nothing blocking. If you exceed a quota (OCR pages, signatures, SMS, AI credits), the service keeps running and extra units are billed at the end of the month at the prices shown in the consumables table. Your in-progress dossiers are never blocked.
Your choice: a flat fee of €99 excl. VAT/month with unlimited dossiers, or usage-based billing at €15 excl. VAT per analyzed dossier. The module is available on the Agency and Network plans, and the billing mode can be changed at each renewal.
Yes, we offer preferential pricing for ORIAS-registered brokers as well as members of professional associations (AFIB, APIC, etc.). Contact our sales team to benefit.
All data is hosted in France on certified servers. We are fully GDPR and ACPR compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can export or delete your data at any time.
You receive a notification at 80% of your quota. Beyond it, the service keeps running: each extra credit is billed €0.06 excl. VAT at the end of the month. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Manual entry always remains available.
Absolutely! Our team provides free data migration assistance for all plans. We can import client data, documents, and dossiers from most common tools used by mortgage brokers (CiFacil, Creditbox, Excel, etc.).
